OMG, here we go.  There are 2 types of Smarties.  The one one made by the Nestle company are in fact chocolate.  The ones in the picture above are made by the Smarties Candy Company, who also makes Rockets.  In Canada they’re called Rockets, in America they’re called Smarties.
